摘要
主要分别介绍用亚硫酸钠与氯乙酸乙酯合成磺酸乙酸钠和亚硫酸钠与氯乙酸合成磺酸乙酸钠。根据影响磺酸乙酸钠合成因素,分别研究了反应温度、反应物浓度、反应物摩尔比对磺酸乙酸钠合成的影响。用亚硫酸钠与氯乙酸合成磺酸乙酸钠反应条件为:反应温度:55℃,Na2SO3与ClCH2COOH的摩尔比:1.1∶1,反应物浓度:ClCH2COOH:1 mol/L产品产率:85%。该方法操作简单、条件温和、污染小,是一种很有工业化前途的方法。证明了该反应合成磺酸乙酸钠是可行的,为更大规模实验提供了设计和操作依据。
A method for synthesizing sodium sulfoacetic is discussed, which sodium sulfoacetic is synthesized with sodium sulfite and ethyl monochloro acetate, with sodium sulfite and chloroacetic acid. Based on the factor of effect on synthesizing sodium sulfoacetic, the influences of such factor for synthesizing sulfoacetic as reaction temperature, reaction concentration, the mole of the reactors have been studied. The optimal reaction conditions of synthesis sodium sulfoacetic with sodium sulfite and chloroacetic acid is: reaction temperature 55, sodium sulfite-- chloroacetic acid molar ration 1.1:1, reaction concentration of chloroacetic acid 1 mol/L the yield of sodium sulfoacetic is 85%. The advantages of low pollution, easy operation and mild reaction condition of the method have promised its great industrial value. And it shows that the reaction is feasible and that can be used as the basis for design and operation of larger scale test.
