晶状体超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术治疗恶性青光眼的临床观察

The clincal investiagtion of treatment for malignant glaucoma by phacoemulsification cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation

目的：探讨晶状体超声乳化联合人工晶状体植人术治疗恶性青光眼的临床效果。方法：对18例（18眼）闭角型青光眼患者行小梁切除术后发生恶性青光眼的发病情况、联合手术治疗方法及术后并发症进行分析，随访6～14个月，平均9个月。结果：18例恶性青光眼患者均治愈，眼压得到有效控制，前房恢复正常，视力提高。结论：晶状体超声乳化联合人工晶状体植人术治疗恶性青光眼，是有效的、安全的。

Objective ： To evaluate the clincal effects of phacoemulsification cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation for malignant glaucoma. Methods ： For 18 cases（ 18 eyes） with maliganat glaucoma occured after glaucoma filtering operation, anlysis the reason of disease, phacoemulsification cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation were performed and effect was recorded for 6 to 14 months, average 9 months. Results ： All of the 12 cases was cured and stoping the using of medicine. The intraocular pressure was controlled, the anterior chamber depth became normal and the visual acuities were improves. Conclusion ： Phacoemulsification cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation is an effective and safy methods for the theraphy of malignant glaucom.
