1999～2004年睢县孕产妇死亡调查分析

Analysis of death the pregnant and lying-in women in Sui County from 1999 to 2004

目的：分析睢县1999～2004年孕产妇死亡的基本特点，为降低孕产妇死亡率，制定有关的政策与措施提供科学的决策依据。方法：利用睢县1999～2004年孕产妇死亡资料，对睢县1999—2004年孕产妇死亡率、死亡原因、死亡地点进行分析。结果：1999—2004年间，睢县孕产妇死亡率从73．45／10万下降到36．35／10万；产科直接原因占孕产妇死亡原因的82．59％；孕产妇死亡发生在乡级以下医疗卫生单位的占74．00％。结论：1999-2004年间睢县孕产妇死亡率呈逐年下降趋势，略低于全国标准；孕产妇死亡仍然是以产科直接原因为主；孕产妇死亡最常发生在乡级以下卫生机构。

Objective ： To analysis the characteristics of death of the pregnant and lying-in women in Sui County from 1999 to 2004. Methods ： Basing on data of reported death of the pregnant and lying-in women in Sui county from 1999 to 2004, the paper analysised the change of pregnant and lying-in women mortality rate, women deaths by causee and by site from 1999 to 2004. Results： The pregnant and lying-in women mortality rate on average in 2004 in the areas was 46.78 per 100 000 pregnant women which was much lower than the level in 1999. Gynecologic diseases such as postpartum hemorrhage and PIHS occupyed 82.59% of death of the pregnant and lying-in women. The proportion of women dying in hospital of rural area was 74.00%. Conclusion ： The mortality rate of pregnant and lying-in women was decreased in Sui county from 1994 to 2004, at the same time it was lower than the average level of the whole china. Gynecologic diseases were identified as primary factors of death of the pregnant and lying-in women.
