摘要
用热挤压法生产镍管坯,其质量与挤压速度及所使用的玻璃润滑剂的玻璃粉粒度及它们之间的组配密切相关,为此,对在3150t卧式水压机上热挤压N6管所使用玻璃润滑剂的玻璃粉的粒度与挤压速度的组配进行了优选实验。结果得出,选用粒度为109~190μm的玻璃粉润滑剂与100~190mm/s挤压速度组配,可得到良好的玻璃润滑效果,大大减少了热挤压N6管坯表面压坑、沟条等缺陷,粗糙度值大幅度降低,提高了管坯表面外观质量和最终成品率。本实验是在工业规模生产条件下进行的,其结果在生产实践中得到了很好的应用。
The control experiments that particle size of vitreous lubricant matches with extrusion velocity were carried out using orthogonal experiment on the 3 150 t horizontal hydraulic press where the N6 pipe-blanks were hot extruded. The results indicated that the good glass lubricative effect can be obtained when the bulky vitreous powder (viz.particle size from 109 to 190μm) matches with the low extrusion velocity (viz. velocity from 60 mm/s to 80 mrrds). So the defects such as impress, coarseness value and fossa on the external surface of hot extrusion N6 pipe-blanks were decreased markedly, and the surface quality of pipe-blanks was improved. This experiment was performed under the industrial scale conditions, and the results have a good application in production.
