自然产生的双特异性抗体──山羊抗血清中HBsAg双功能抗体的观察

NATURALLY PRODUCED BISPECIFIC ANTIBODY:A STUDY OF IMMUNOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF THE HGsAg BIFUNCTIONAL ANTIBODY ISOLATED FROM GOAT ANTISERUM

在用纯ＨＢｓＡｇ免疫山羊而产生的抗血清中，发现存在一种既能同ＨＢｓＡｇ反应又能同时同正常人血清中某一成分起反应的微量的特殊抗体。验证试验的结果，证实了这一特殊抗体是一种双功能抗体。同这种双功能抗体起反应的正常人血清成分可能是α_１－抗胰蛋白酶。

While have been preparing goat anti-HBsAg, found that there was a kind of special antibody in the goat antiserum which could react with both HBsAg and normal human serum (NHS). Using conventional methods, we isolated and purified it.After a series of identification tests, confirmed it was a bifunctional antibody.One of its two functions, anti-HBsAg,can only be neutralized by HBsAg; and the other,anti-NHS, can only be neutralized by a component of normal human serum, This component of normal human serum probably is α1-antitrypsin.
