介绍了合成氨、尿素技术的现状和生产过程中采用的典型工艺及其技术特点,概括了高油价下世界合成氨和尿素的原料结构变化及相关技术进展。展望了合成氨、尿素技术未来的发展趋势,认为未来合成氨和尿素技术进展的主要趋势是大型化、低能耗、结构调整、清洁生产和长周期运行。
The article introduces the status of synthetic ammonia and urea technology and typical process used in production procedure as well as its technical characteristics and summarizes feedstock structure changes of world synthetic ammonia and urea under high oil price as well as relevant technical advances. Looking forward future development trends of synthetic ammonia and urea technology, it considers that main future trends of synthetic ammonia and urea technology development are as follow: enlargement, low energy consumption, structure readjustment, cleaner production and long period operation.
