摘要
多年试验表明:保护性耕作具有保水改土、增产增收、改善生态环境的综合效益,尤其在免耕法的基础上增加深松作业,效益更为显著。虽然国内外对土地深松机械也有研究,但现在的一些深松机具质量不过关、性能差,深松深度、机械强度达不到要求,且耕作阻力大。为此,针对这些情况设计并研制了1S-3型振动深松机;通过对试验区实例进行分析、核算和论证,结果表明该机在技术上可行,机具配套合理,经济效益可观,同时社会效益也十分显著,具有推广应用价值。
The test of many years showed that: the conservation tillage has the comprehensive profits of conserving water, improving soil, increasing production and income, and improving ecological environment. Benefits of increasing sub soiling operation are more obvious, especially based on the no-till method. Subsoilers have been researching in the world, but some of them are unsuitable on the aspect of quality, capacity, subsoiling depth, mechanical intensity and resistance reduction. According to these cases vibratory subsoiler of 1S-3 was developed. This paper deals with the economic feasibility of this vibratory subsoiler and carries out tech-economic analysis on some experimental fields. The result of the experiment showed that this technology was feasible, machinery used was rational and considerable economic and social benefit could be achieved in the experimental area.
