摘要
利用ANSYS软件中FLOTRANCFD对吸种滚筒排种部分的气体流场进行建模、分网、加载、求解后,得到了气流在排种器中的速度矢量分布图和11个排种孔的压力分布图,正确反映了气流在排种器中的气流分布情况。目的是为播种装置的设计提供了一个合理的依据,也为优化设计提供了理论基础。
After utilizing ANSYS software FLOTRAN CFD to carry on modeling, dividing into net work, loading, solving in gas flow field which on the part of the air cylinder, obtain the velocity vector of the gas in the row seed device and the distribution of pressure on the eleven sow seed holes .correct to reflect the air current distribution in the row seed device .provide a reasonable basis for the design of the sow seed device, and also provide a theory to optimize the design.
