摘要
有序移栽是利用钵苗的重力和导苗管的导向作用来实现的,所以导苗管是移栽机实现有序移栽的一个关键部件。通过对导管式蔬菜钵苗移栽机苗钵栽植过程的动力学分析,建立了苗钵在导苗管中的运动学和动力学模型,对苗钵在导苗管栽植系统内的运动和影响其直立率的因素进行了理论分析。结果表明,降低机器前进速度和增加土壤塑性可以提高钵苗的栽植质量。通过模型的分析,为导苗管的机构设计提供了理论依据。
In general, making use of the weight and the direction function of the potted seedling accomplished the orderly transplanting, so the seedling-guiding tube was a key component to accomplish the orderly throwing and transplanting. Through analyzing the dynamics of vegetable potted-seedling in the work process, this paper built the kinematical and dynamic model of the potted vegetable seedling in the seedling-guiding tube, and analyzed the movement of the seedling and the factors influencing the seedling's verticality. We could know it could raise the quantity of vegetable potted-seedling through lowering the headway speed of transplanter and increasing soil's plastics. On the base of the model analysis result, some ameliorative ideas for the seedling guide tube's design were given.
