摘要
对利用检测缸内压力波进行爆震判别与控制进行了研究,采用经过爆震频率带通滤波后的缸内压力波的峰值作为衡量爆震强度的指标,通过试验确定判别爆震发生的门槛值。考虑到爆震指标分布的特点,采用统计的方法确定爆震的强度,并由发动机电控单元根据爆震强度对点火提前角进行控制,让发动机工作在轻微爆震状态,使发动机的经济性和动力性得到了提高。
The chapter makes a study of knock judgment and control by checking pressure wave in cylinder, and uses pressure wave peak value that is filtered by knock frequency band filter, then decides knock threshold by test. The chapter considers the character of knock index, decides knock intensity by Statistic way. The engine electrical units control knock intensity by adjusting spark timing, lets the engine work in slight knock, and makes improvement of the economic and power of engine.
