Developing Agricultural Product Processing Industry for Promoting Agricultural Industrialization

农产品加工业是农村工业的组成部分,也是一个新兴的产业。其加工规模不断扩大,加工的深度和广度日益增加,已初步形成了具有明显特色的产业体系和区域经济格局。在未来农业的发展中,农产品加工是极具发展潜力和巨大经济效益的产业,也是拉动农业结构调整、促进农民增收、转移农村剩余劳动力的强大动力,具有广阔的发展前景。为此,分析了农产品加工业的现状,指出了农产品加工机械技术的发展与调整措施,对农村工业化进行了展望。

Agricultural product processing industry（APPl） regarded as a new industry, is an integrant of rural industry.Its processing scale is more and more larger, the quatity and range of which is also increasing day by day. Its industry system and regional economic setup have formed.In the development of future agriculture.The APPI has great developmental potentialities and economic benefit, the functions of which include adjusting the agricultural structure, improving the income of farmer and transmitting the surplus labors in rural area. Hence, this paper analyzes the present situation of APPI,Points out the development and adjusting measure ments of agricultural product processing machinery technology, and forecasts the prospects of rural industrialization.
