摘要
精密矫直机位置伺服系统是轴反弯曲矫直的执行环节,是保证轴类零件加工精度的关键部分。根据精密矫直机位置控制系统,建立了位置伺服控制系统的数学模型,运用MATLAB的Step、Margin、Bode等函数对系统的数学模型进行了分析、校正和仿真。其目的是为精密矫直机的实际设计奠定理论基础,并缩短研制周期、增加可靠性。
The location servo system of the shaft precision straightening machine is the execution body of the shaft anti-bend straightening and is the key part to ensure the processing precision of the shaft parts. Based on the location control system of the straightening machine, the mathematical modal of the location servo control system is established, and then 'through MAT Lab's Step~ Margin~ Bode ect function, the mathematical modal is carried through the analysis, the revision and the simulink.
