摘要 对于在醋酸-醋酸钠介质中Ag(Ⅰ)催化过硫酸钾氧化乙基紫的褪色反应体系进行了研究,并以此为基础建立了催化光度法测定痕量银的新方法,研究确定了反应的最佳实验条件.研究结果表明,该方法的检出限为4.0ng/mL,线性范围为0~80ng/mL,反应的表观速率常数为3.96×10^-4/s,表观活化能为40.04kJ/tooL.该方法用于废定影液样品中银的测定,同时与火焰原子吸收分光光度法进行了比较,结果满意. A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of race silver was stadied. It was based on the catalytic effects of Ag(Ⅰ) on the oxidation reaction between potassium persulfate and ethyl violet in the HAe-NaAc buffer and 88℃ temperature of water bath. The influential factors of reaction and the optimum conditions for the determination of silver were investigated in detail. The detection limit is 4. 0 ng/mL. The linear range of determination forsilyer is 0-80 ng/mL The apparent reaction rate is 3. 96×10^-4/s and the apparent activation energy of the catalytic reaction is 40. 04 kJ/moL. The method has been applied to the determination of trace silver in waster fixative with satisfactory result compared with the Atomic absorption spectrometry method.
