脉冲电场部分参数对牛乳灭菌效率影响的试验分析 被引量:4

摘要 介绍了利用高电压脉冲电场对牛乳灭菌的试验检测方法,并进行了不同电场强度、脉冲频率及处理时间对牛乳灭菌效果的对比试验。试验结果表明:灭菌率随着电场强度、脉冲频率的升高及处理时间的延长而提高。当作用时间达到一定后,灭菌率趋于平缓,因此处理时间不是影响灭菌率的主要因素。 It researched the experimental method of high-pulsed electric field to milk's sterilization, which measured the sterilization ratio in different electric field intensity, treatment time and frequency. It indicated that the sterilization ratio was higher when strengthened the electric field intensity and prolonged treatment time, moreover, when the treatment time arrived at a certain time, the sterilization ratio gone to gently, and the treatment time was not the key factor at all.
