摘要
利用6008,3006和9004三个AM菌株接种醉香含笑和深山含笑。研究结果表明:接种300 d后,醉香含笑以接种Glomus caledonium6008菌株为最好,3种AM菌株对苗高生长的作用效应是6008>9004>3006>CK;深山含笑也是6008菌株表现最好,3种AM菌对苗高生长的作用效应是6008>3006>9004>CK。两个树种对菌根依赖性均属于中等或弱依赖性。
An inoculating experiment for Michelia macclurei and Michelia maudiae was carried out with three AM fungus isolates 6008,3006 and 9004. The result showed that isolate Glomus caledonium 6008 is the most effective for Michelia macclurei 300 days after inoculating and the effect of the three isolates for seedling growth in height is 6008 〉 9004 〉 3006 〉 CK, for Michelia maudiae, also the isolate 6008 is the most effective one and the effect of the three isolates for seedling growth in height is 6008 〉 3006 〉 9004 〉 CK. The Mycorrhizal dependencw of the two plants are middling or weak.
