摘要
文章根据园林绿化工程本身的特点和实际应用的情况,从法律角度分析了目前实施不经评审最低价中标的不合理性,并对不经评审最低价中标提出改革建议。
Based on the character and applying fact of landscape engineering, the paper point out that win the bidding on bottom price in landscape engineering are not reasonable,and put forword some improveing suggestion.
