摘要
在环氧树脂的固化剂——多乙烯多胺TETA的分子链段上接上环氧基团,将亲水性的多乙烯多胺改性成为即亲水又亲油的两亲性化合物,从而制备出了自乳化型的水性环氧树脂固化剂.该固化剂兼具乳化功能和固化功能.激光粒度分析仪的测试结果显示:用自乳化型水性环氧树脂固化剂乳化的低相对分子质量环氧树脂粒径在1μm左右,乳化性能较好.对水性环氧树脂涂料涂膜后的性能测试表明:该涂膜的适用期较长,达6h以上;表干时间较短,一般在1h左右;涂膜后8d其硬度即达到稳定值,硬度为0.7以上;附着力较好,部分涂膜的附着力达到了1级;涂膜的透明性及耐酸性都较好.
One kind of self-emulsifying curing agent of waterborne epoxy resin was synthesized through series of processes including the following steps: first, the TETA was end-capped with single epoxide compounds such as BGE; second, the products from the above process chemically reacted with kinds of epoxy resin with different Mw; third, ice HAc was used to react with the prior products and water was used to dilute the products. The laser particle analyzer results show that the modified curing agent has excellent emulsifying effects and the particle diameter of the waterborne epoxy resin emulsion is about 1μm. The waterborne epoxy coating has long pot life about 6 h and short surface drying time about 1 h. The coating has excellent hardness with the hardness above 0.7 and good adhesive properties with one grade adhesion according to the Circling Test. The coating also has good anticorrosion and water resistance properties.
