更换永久起搏器时原房室电极导线参数的变化 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察永久起搏器更换时电极导线参数的变化。方法:1988年12月至2005年5月,143例患者因电池耗竭而更换起搏器时的起搏电极导线阈值与植入时的阈值比较。结果:至更换时电极导线使用年限为6~18年,平均(9.66±2.67)年,心室电极导线起搏阈值由植入时的(0.64±0.21)V升至更换时的(1.99±1.13)V(P〈0.01),阻抗和感知没有统计学差异。心房电极导线起搏阈值由植入时的(1.10±0.34)V升至更换时的(1.44±1.47)V,无统计学差异,阻抗和感知亦无统计学差异。原起搏电极导线的使用率为75.47%。结论:大多数起搏器在首次更换时原电极导线阚值满意,可以继续使用。
