高校市场营销专业实践性教学是培养复合型、应用型市场营销人才的重要途径。加强实践性教学的师资力量,实现实践性教学管理的程序化和规范化,构建适合实践性教学的教学体制,加强校企合作,改进教学方法,以及建立多元化的实践成绩评估机制,有利于培养学生的策划能力、沟通能力、团队合作能力、创新精神和综合素质。
The practical teaching method for the major of marketing in colleges is an important way to cultivate interdisciplinary and practical marketing talents. To strengthen the teachers for practical teaching, realize the programming and standardization of the practical teaching management, construct teaching system suitable for the practical teaching, enhance the cooperation between colleges and enterprises, improve the teaching method and establish diversified practice achievement evaluation mechanism are helpful to cultivate students' ability of planning, communication, team-work, innovation spirit and comprehensive quality.
