男性血尿酸水平与心血管疾病危险因素的关系 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨男性血尿酸水平与肥胖、高血压及脂质代谢紊乱等心血管疾病危险因素的关系。方法随机选取男性高尿酸血症患者250例及血尿酸正常者272例作为研究对象,分别检测身高、体重、血压、空腹血糖、血尿酸及血脂指标。结果高尿酸血症组体重指数、舒张压和收缩压、血糖、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇及载脂蛋白B均较对照组升高(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇,载脂蛋白AI水平下降(P<0.01),肥胖、高血压、高脂血症、高血糖的发生率均高于对照组(P<0.05),相关分析显示尿酸和体重指数、甘油三酯、动脉硬化指数、血糖有显著正相关(P<0.01),和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇及载脂蛋白AI呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论男性高尿酸血症与肥胖、高血压及高血脂相关,临床上应重视纠正高尿酸血症以预防心脑血管事件的发生。 Objective To evaluate the association between serum uric acid and the risk factor of Coronary heart disease in males. Methods Randomly selected 250 hyperuricemia males as test sample and 272 healthy males as control group. The BMI, blood pressure, serum glucose, serum uric acid and serum lipid were measured. Results The blood pressure, BMI, serum glucose, serum triglyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C) and apolipoprotein(apo) B levels of hyperuricemia group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P〈0.05); the serum high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C) and apolipoprotein(app) A in hyperuricemia group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P〈0.01). The rate of obesity, hypertension, hyperglycemia and hyperlipaemia in hyperuricemia group was significantly higher than that of the controls. There was positive correlation between serum uric acid and BMI, serum TG, A1 and serum glucose(P〈0.01). As for HDL-C and apoA, a negative correlation was shown(P〈0.05). Conclusions Hyperuricemia was significantly associated with the risk factor of cardiovascular disease in males. We should pay more attention to rectify hyperuricemia in clinical treatment for preventing cardiovascular events.
