Paget's disease of the Scrotum (Areport of 3 cases)

目的探讨阴囊Paget病的临床特点与预后。方法对3例Paget病患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。结果阴囊Paget病容易累及毛囊和汗腺,但不易发生转移。3例患者随访6—18个月,平均12个月,均无复发。结论术中冰冻检查及扩大切除术仍是目前主要的治疗方法,也不忽视其他的治疗方法。

Objective To study the clinicopathologic features and treatment of Paget＇s disease of the scrotum. Methods 3 eases of Paget＇s disease of the scrotum, pathologically diagnosed and successfully treated by surgery from 1995 to 2003, were studied retrospectively. Results Typical pathological features were observed in all the patients. All eases were followed up for 6 approximately 18 months, no recurrence in all cases. Conclusions Early biopsy and extensive excision of the scrotal lesion is the first choice of treatment for Paget＇s disease, with good operative effect and satisfactory prognosis.
