高血压患者左室肥厚与血管紧张素Ⅱ和心纳素相关关系的研究

Study on the relation between left auricular hypertrophy and angiotensin Ⅱ,atrial natriuretic factor in hypertention patients

本文所研究高血压患者左室肥厚与血管紧张素Ⅱ(ATⅡ)和心纳素(ANF)的相关关系发现,左室肥厚组ATⅡ高于左室正常组(P<0.01),而ANF统计学分析无差异。提示ATⅡ参与左室肥厚的发生,由此推论为临床应用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂阻止或逆转左室肥厚提供了依据。

Objective To study the relation between left anrieular hypertrophy and angiotensin Ⅱ, atrial natriuretie factor in hypertention patients. It is found that angiotensin Ⅱ is higher in left anrieular hypertrophy ones, while atrial natriuretie factor is the same in these two groups. It is prompted that angiotensin Ⅱ might participate in the forming of left anrieular. And it also provides the basis for using angiotensin transferase inhibitor to stop and worsen left auricular hypertrophy in clinical.
