陕西省高新技术产品出口状况分析

An Analysis on the Export of Shan-xi's High-tech Products

本文就高新技术产品出口对陕西经济的贡献程度进行了测量,结果发现陕西高新技术产品出口严重滞后。在对陕西高新技术产品出口影响因素全方位分析的基础上,认为出口结构和贸易方式不合理、科技成果转化率偏低是造成陕西高新技术产品出口滞后的根本原因。最后提出了以出口总量增长、贸易方式优化和出口结构合理化为目标,促进陕西高新技术产品出口发展的政策建议。

After measuring the contribution of high-tech products export to shan-xi＇s GDP, this paper firstly points out that the development of the high-tech products is very slow. Secondly, through analysis on all the influential factors, it suggests that the unreasonable exporting structure and way and low technological transformation rate are the main reasons of the situation. Finally, aiming to expanding the whole exporting scale and making the exporting way and structure more reasonable, it proposes some policy suggestions.
