摘要
目的:研究硫酸钙/β-磷酸三钙复相陶瓷的组成和烧结温度对其降解性能的影响。方法:通过煅烧CaSO4.2H2O和湿法合成工艺分别制备CaSO4和β-TCP粉体。球磨机械混合CaSO4和β-TCP粉体得到CaSO4/β-TCP复合粉体,其中控制CaSO4和-βTCP的体积比例(Vs∶Vp)从32∶到01∶。粉体经干压成型并在不同温度(850 ̄1 050℃)下进行烧成得到复相陶瓷。将复相陶瓷浸泡在Tris缓冲溶液中降解。使用SEM观察复相陶瓷降解前后形貌。结果:制备了CaSO4/-βTCP复相陶瓷,经过5 d的降解,CaSO4/-βTCP复相陶瓷的失重率从1.1%变化到17.6%。结论:复相陶瓷的降解速率随陶瓷中CaSO4与β-TCP比例增加以及随烧结温度的降低而增大。因而通过简单的工艺控制,可以制备出降解可控的CaSO4/-βTCP复相陶瓷。
Objective: To study the effect of composition and sintering temperature on the degradation of calcium sulfate/β-tricalcium phosphate ceramics. Methods: CaSO4 and β-TCP were prepared by calcining CaSO4·2H2O and solution synthesis respectively. The two kind of powders were mixed by ball milling in the volume ratio of CaSO4:β-TCP (Vs:Vp) from 3:2 to 0:1. The composite powders were drypressed and then sintered at different temperatures (850-1 050℃). The sintered ceramics were soaked in Tris solution. The morphologies of the ceramics before and after degradation were studied by SEM. Results: CaSO4/β-TCP ceramics were successfully prepared. After five days degradation the weight loss of the samples changed from 1.1% to 17.6%. Conclusion: The degradation rate is increased with the increasing of Vs:Vp and decreased with the increasing of sintering temperatures. So the degradation speedof the CaSO4/β-TCP ceramics could be controlled by simply controlling the preparing process.
