医学中专生成就动机与自我价值感的相关研究

The relationship between the achievement-motivation and self-worth of students in Secondary Medical School

目的:探讨医学中专生成就动机和自我价值感的关系。方法:对322名医学中专生,用Gjesme等编制的成就动机量表和黄希庭等编制的青少年自我价值感量表同时进行调查。结果:医学中专生追求成功、避免失败动机分别和自我价值感各维度呈显著负相关和显著正相关;高成就动机者在自我价值感各个分量表得分上显著低于低成就动机者。结论:医学中专生成就动机越高自我价值感越低,是影响自我价值感的一个重要因素。

Objective： To investigate the relationship between the self-worth and the achievement-motivation of students in Secondary Medical School. Methods： Self-worthscale and achievement-motivation scale were used to investigate 322 Secondary Medical School students. Results： Self-worth of students in Secondary Medical School had significantly negative correlation to their pursuing success motivation and positive correlation to their avoiding failure motivation. Conclusion： The higher achievement-motivation of students in Secondary Medical School have, the lower their self-worth are. It indicates that achievement- motivation of students in Secondary Medical School is an important factor that influenced their selfworth.
