摘要
目的:观察视觉途径阿拉伯数字刺激相关脑功能区激活部位及特征。方法:对23名右利手志愿者进行组块设计的数字默读功能磁共振成像(fMRI)实验。采用GE公司1.5T磁共振扫描仪进行T1WI和fMRI。用SPM99软件进行数据分析和脑功能区定位。结果:数字默读以双侧枕叶激活为著,此外左额下回后部、左侧角回、双侧额内回及双侧小脑半球激活。结论:视觉数字加工需枕叶视觉中枢进行识别,同时需要语言功能参与,默读数字是一种基本的语言活动过程。
Objective: To observe the locations and features of the functional areas related to the Arabic digits received through visual path. Methods: Twenty three right-handed healthy volunteers received subvocal number reading experiment using block design. T1WI and GRE-EPI fMRI were performed with a GE1.5T whole body MRI scanner. Statistics parameter mapping(SPM99) was used to process data and localize functional areas. Results: Bilateral occipital lobes were activated obviously, and other activated areas included the posterior part of the left inferior frontal gyrus, left angular gyrus, bilateral medial frontal gyrus and bilateral cerebellums. Conclusion: Occipital lobes are responsible for recognizing the digits, and other areas related to language are also necessary for dealing with subvocal number reading.
