巨细胞病毒IgM抗体检验中消除RF干扰因素的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:为了提高ELISA法检测巨细胞病毒(HCMV)的敏感性。方法:用含聚合IgG的血清稀释液将血清标本稀释,检测30份类风湿因子(RF)阳性标本以及300份待检HCMV标本。结果:用含聚合IgG20μg/ml的血清稀释液稀释血清标本,去除血清中可能存在的RF,可预防试验出现假阳性反应结果。结论:在血清稀释液中加入聚合lgG20μg/ml,既保证试验敏感性又有效提高了酶联免疫吸附试验抗体捕获法检测IgM的特异性。 Objective: To increase sensitivity of ELISA for detecting human cytomegalovirus(HCMV). Methods: We diluted sample with serum including ploy IgG.Then,we detected HCMV in 30 samples with rheumatoid factor (RF) and 300 samples without RF. Results: The samples diluted with serum including ploy IgG (20μg/ml)didn't reduce sensitivity in increases specificity and sensitivity of ELISA kits. ELISA kit. Conclusion: Adding poly IgG to samples increases specificity and sensitivity of ELISA kits.
