基于QFD的装备成本控制方法,包括用户需求分析、重要度评判、功能分析、质量功能及成本的展开、功能评价及方案创新等。以某型装甲车辆为例,运用AHP法确定用户需求,并计算相对重要度。再划分整个装备的功能系统,建立相关关系矩阵,从而确立功能权重,将目标成本根据权重进行分配。并估算各部分实际成本,根据功能评价公式,确定是否需要进行方案创新。

Equipment cost control method based on QFD includes user demand analysis, important degree evaluation, quality function and cost deployment, function evaluation and scheme innovation. Taking a certain armored car as example, the AHP method is used to certain user demand and to calculate relative important degree. Then, the function system of whole equipment is divided to establish relative relation matrix, to ensure function weighing and to distribute object function according to weighting. And the real cost of every department is estimated to decide that whether it is necessary to do scheme innovation or not according to the function evaluation formula.
