摘要 基于Ethernet的PLC通信控制网络,分为面向工业现场设备的以PLC为核心的控制层和面向控制底层的以主控计算机为核心的监管层。系统以工业以太网为主要通信平台。当下位机收到上位机命令后,PLC自动分析指令代码、检查数据格式,再根据指令代码执行相应操作,并返回相应的应答信息。通知计算机当前动作执行状况和反馈通信中的错误。上位机采用异步WinSock,PLC与间的通信格式使用OMRON标准。 The PLC communication and control network based on Ethernet is divided into two layers: the industrial field equipment oriented PLC was taken as the center in control layer; the control bottom oriented and taken main control computer as the core in monitor layer. The industrial Ethernet network is taken as the communication platform in this system. When lower PC receiving a command from the upper PC, the PLC automatically analyze the instruction code and verify the data format, implement the specific operation according to the commander code and return the responsive message. The operation situation of present activity and error in feedback communication were also return to computer. The asynchronous WinSock was adopted by upper PC, and the OMRON standard was used as communication format between PLC and main control computer.
