引信可生产设计评价系统及特征识别技术的应用

摘要 引信可生产设计评价系统,根据涉及的引信设计参数建立评价指标树,对各指标赋值建立满足度函数。按照指数满足度模型准则,计算精度等级、公差等级。面向加工的表面粗糙度、精度等级、公差等级等,通过造型特征识别转换得到。最后,采用线性加权评价模型对指标树中所有指标最终评价。 Evaluating system for producible design of fuse is that evaluating criterion tree was established according to design parameter of involved fuse, satisfaction functions were set up through endowing value to every criteria. According to the rule of satisfaction model of index, precision grade and tolerance grade was calculated. Then, roughness, precision and tolerance for surface machining were obtained by transition of formative feature recognition.
