用于低温储粮的太阳能吸附式制冷系统 被引量:4

EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION OF A SOLAR ADSORPTION COOLING SYSTEM USED FOR GRAIN LOW TEMPERATURE STORAGE OF GRAIN

摘要 提出并构建了一种用于低温储粮的太阳能吸附式制冷系统。利用该系统在中央储备粮某直属粮库进行了低温储粮实仓实验。实验测试结果表明,在16~21MJ/m^2的太阳辐射条件下,该系统能够平稳地向粮仓输送14~22℃的冷空气,系统的日平均制冷功率约为3.25~4.43kW,太阳能制冷系数约为0.096~0.131,包括粮仓送风风机功耗的电制冷系数约为2.03—2.77。与目前的谷物冷却机相比,太阳能制冷低温储粮系统具有较大的节能优势。 Low temperature storage of grain can not only prevent the development of insect and mould, but also suppress the respiration, improve its quality and extend its storage time. A solar adsorption cooling system with heat and mass recovery cycle was designed and constructed for the purpose of low temperature storage of grain. It consists of four subsystems: a solar water heater, an adsorption chiller, a cooling tower and a fan coil unit. The system was put into test operation in a national grain depot successfully. Under the irradiance conditions of 16 to 21MJ/(m^2·d), the system could supply 14 to 22℃ cool air with 3.25 to 4.43kW average cooling power. Its daily solar COP and electrical COP were about 0.096 to 0. 131 and 2.03 to 2.77 respectively. Compared with compression grain chiller, the solar adsorption cooling system may have great energy-saving potential.
