摘要
采用膏剂法对镀锌钢板进行铝硅共渗,对渗层组织和不同深度处的元素含量进行了分析,研究了加热时间、温度与渗层深度的关系,并进行了耐腐蚀试验和抗高温氧化试验。结果表明;共渗钢板的耐腐蚀性和抗高温氧化性与碳钢和不锈钢相比有明显的提高。
The galvanized steel plate was aluminosiliconzed with paste reagent,Metallography and variouus elements content in different depth,as well the relationship between the time,temperature of heating and the depth of aluminosiliconized layer were analyed. Experiment results show that the anti-oxidation in high temperature and corrision resistance of penetrated galvanized steel plate is superior to that of the carbon steel and stainless steel.
