摘要
采用末端淬火法研究了20CrMnSiNi2A钢的淬透性及其影响因素。结果表明,钢中加入Ni元素,适当提高淬火加热温度均能有效地改善20CrMnSiNi2A钢的淬透性。
The hardenability of 20CrMnSiNi2A steel and the influential factor on that of the steel were studied by using the end-quench hardening test. The results show that the hardenability of 20CrMnSiNi2A steel was efficiently improved by adding Ni in the steel and by raising quenching temperature.
