摘要
本文综述了清除铸锭表层缺陷，以提高挤压材表面质量的方法。着重叙述脱皮挤压法的原理、工艺要素和质量控制的有关问题，并介绍了在挤压机上直接进行铸锭剥皮，并连续实施挤压变形等新的技术措施。
The methods to improve the quality of the surface of extrusion materials by removing the defects on the surface layer of casting ingot are reviewed in this paper. The principles,the technological factors and problems concerning to quality control of decorticating extrusion are emphatically related. New technical measures such as decortication of the ingot directly on the extrusion machine and continuously extiuding deformation are introduced.
