摘要
用X射线衍射等方法研究纯Ag经冷变形后自然软化的过程,在自然回复和再结晶中畸变能、强度、硬度同步下降,证明畸变能是自然回复和再结晶的驱动能。并建立了应变量、畸变能、衍射线强度Ⅰ三者的量化关系。
Detectional methods such as X-ray diffraction etc have been used to study the process of natural softening of pure silver after cold deformation.The results showed that deformation energy, strength of X-ray diffraction,and hardness of silver were synchronously declined.It is suggested that deformation energy as the driving force for the natural restoration and recrystallization. Moreover,the quantitative relationship among deformation ratio,strain energy,and insensity I of X-ray diffraction has also been bulit up.
