200MW机组高压加热器投入率偏低的原因分析及改进措施

CAUSE ANALYSIS OF SOMEWHAT LOW RATE FOR PUTTING HIGH-PRESSURE HEATER OF 200 MW UNITS INTO SERVICE AND RETROFITTING MEASURES THEREOF

对韶关发电厂200 MW机组高压加热器(高加)投入率偏低的原因进行了分析,认为高加投入不当,注水速度太快,投入不及时,焊接质量差,管壁积垢热阻增加等是主要原因。提出了提高高加投入率的改进措施,实行后取得了较好效果。

The causes leading to somewhat low rate of putting highpressure heater into service for 200 MW units in Shaoguan Power Plant, Guangdong Province,have been analysed.It is believed that the main causes to be as follows: improperly putting the highpressure heater into service;rapid speed of water injection;not timely putting into service;bad quality of welding;scaling on the wall of tubes;and increase of thermal resistance etc..For these,corresponding retrofit measures for enhancing the rate of putting highpressure heater into service have been put forward,and the results obtained after implementation of said measures being presented.
