超音速汽液两相流升压加热技术用于生活热水系统试验研究

摘要 采用超音速汽液两相流升压加热技术对某热电厂福利区生活热水系统进行了技术改造,以取代原有的水泵及管式换热器。根据热水负荷变化的特点,进行了4种方案的试验,获得了最佳的设计参数及运行方式。利用管路蓄热储水功能,省略了缓冲热水箱。改造后的系统可完全满足热水用户的要求,每年减少运行费用5.41万元,降低热水成本2.7元/t,具有较好的应用价值。 Technical retrofit for the domestic water heating system in residential quater of one thermal power plant has been carried out by adopting the boosting and heating technology based on supersonic steamliquid twophase flow,to replace the original water pump and tube type heat exchanger.Four different schemes have been tested on the basis of load variation features concerning the hot water,obtaining optimal design parameters and operation mode.Utilizing heatand waterstorage functions of the pipeline,the buffering hot water tank has been eliminated.After retrofitting the said system.the requirements of hot water users can be completely satisfied,saving operation expense of RMB 5.41×10~4 yuan anually,decreasing cost of hot water by RMB 2.7 yuan/t,boasting better application value in engineering.
