摘要
对某电厂1台200 MW机组因汽轮机油严重乳化导致调速系统卡涩而被迫停机的事故进行了分析,根据油、水分析和破乳化试验结果,认为引起事故的主要原因是汽轮机油系统进入了较多的工业冷却水。事故导致了汽轮机油严重乳化,系统金属腐蚀加剧,对此提出了相应的防范措施。
An accident of forced shutdown caused by serious emulsification of the turbine oil leading to unsmooth blockage of the speed governing system for a 200 MW unit has been analysed.Based on results of oil and water quality analysis,as well as of deemulsification test,it is believed that the main cause resulting in said accident is more industrial cooling water incoming to the turbine oil system,leading to serious emulsification of the turbine oil,as well as intensification of metalic corrosion in the oil system.For these,some countermeasures have been put forward.
