摘要
采用有限元分析软件,建立了MB1新型客车转向架的有限元模型,而后利用有限元方法和疲劳寿命分析软件,基于Neuber缺口修正方法对该转向架进行了疲劳寿命分析,并给出了该转向架构架的疲劳寿命分布的云纹图,结果表明其满足强度和疲劳性能方面的要求。转向架构架的疲劳寿命分析具有重要的实际意义,它将成为产品开发设计中不可缺少的组成部分。
Adopted the FEA software, the finite element model of the new MB-1 carrige bogie framework was built. And then with method of finite element and fatigue life analysis program , the fatigue life of the bogie framework was predicted based on Neuber notch correction method. The contour curve of fatigue life map of the bogie framework was given which indicated that the result is basically consistent with the demand of the strength and fatigue qualities. The fatigue life analysis of the bogie framework is necessary in the product design and development.
