摘要
本文提出了一种运用机器视觉实现对机械零件长度的自动精密测量的方法。采用机器视觉技术获取试件的图像数据,利用图像处理中亚像素边缘检测方法实现对边缘的精确定位,并提出了一种相机自动标定方法,从而实现长度的自动精密测量。
In this paper, a method for the length of mechanical part automatic measurement was developed. Machine Vision techniques has been introduced to capture digital image of the mechanical part, using the subpixel edge detecting method to locate the edge, and develop a automatic camera calibration method, and achieve the automatic precision measurenet.
