叙述了视频杂波的特点及对重现图像的影响,分析了在视频杂波测量中,如何限制被测杂波的频带,以及视频杂波功率谱的分布对图像的影响和人眼主观视觉特性,并引入视频杂波加权的概念。介绍了各种杂波的测量方法,重点叙述两种视频随机杂波的测量方法和应用范围。

This paper discusses the properties of the video noise and it＇s affecting to video displaing. On measuring the video noise, how to restrict the bandwidth of the measured noise , the affecting to image caused by the spectra distribution of the video noise power, and the human vision characteristics are all analysed. The conception of weighting viedo noise is introduced. This paper introduces measuring method for kinds of noise. Accentuates the measuring method for two special video random noise and its application fields.
