浅谈文管工作和档案工作一体化管理

摘要 随着信息时代的到来,计算机网络的使用给文件管理和档案管理提出了新问题.为避免重复劳动,必须实行文管和档案管理的一体化,这是文书和档案工作发展的必要条件。实行一体化的措施主要是改革管理体制,完善组织机构,培养优秀的专业队伍,建立统一的管理制度和规范。文档一体化的作用突出地表现在可以加速档案工作的步伐,促进企业信息的发展,也有利于资源的优化和合理使用。 with the coming of information times, the use of internet has put forward some new problems with the file management and documents management. For avoiding repeatedly labouring, the incorporation with file management and documents management must be carried out, which is the indispensable condition related to the development of amanuensis' work and documents conservation. Incorporative measure mainly refers to management system innovation, organization consummation, excellent specific group training and also uniform management system and criterion establishment. The effect of incorporation with file management and documents management can be outstanding embodied in speeding-up the documents management, promoting the enterprise's information development, and also in favor of the optimization and rational use with resource.
