摘要
分析了图像处理中模板匹配技术计算量大的问题。在高精度的芯片焊点定位应用中,文章提出了一种新的结合遗传算法的快速变形模板匹配算法。该算法在应用中有很高的执行效率,而且还克服遗传算法应用的结果不确定性,通过变形模板匹配精确的计算出芯片与水平线夹角和芯片焊点相对位置。最后通过试验证明这种方法的高效性和准确性。
The template matching technique is confronted with large computational quantity in image processing.This paper presents a fast deformable template matching technique in conjunction with genetic algorithm,with application in the positioning of the die on high-precision chip.The accurate horizontal angle of the chip and relative position of the die can be found by this method,which is not only efficient but also avoids the uncertainty of genetic algorithm. Experiments show that efficiency and accuracy can be achieved by the proposed approach.
