摘要
通过采用Cr、Mn、Mo、Cu多元合金化的途径,使渣浆泵耐蚀件用无镍合金白口铸铁,在其铸态下具有以马氏体为主的基体组织;并通过B-Ti-RE复合变质处理改善碳化物的形态与分布,从而获得在马氏体加适量奥氏体的基体上,弥散而均匀分布块状碳化物的组织形态,使其性能达到NiCr-1硬合金白口铸铁的性能指标。另外,还在pH=6和pH=7的弱酸性和中性介质中,对无镍合金白口铸铁件的砂浆冲蚀磨损机制进行了较为深入地探讨。
Through alloying by multi elements as Cr, Mn, Mo and Cu, nickel-free alloying white cast iron corrosion resistant casting has martensitic matrix as cast structure and diffusive and even distribution of chunky carbide in martensitic plus proper austenite matrix modified by composite modifying agent of B-Ti-RE with properties of NiCr-1 alloying hard white cast iron. Wearing mechanism of nickel-foee alloying white cast iron in medium with PH value of 6 and 7 has also been discussed in details.
