摘要
介绍了采用有机硅凝胶(双组分)灌封技术,在陶瓷管座内制作而成的一种新型光电耦合器。其隔离电压可达10 kV以上,驱动负载电容可达3 000 pF以上。叙述了该器件的工作原理、工作特性、设计思想及制作过程,理论分析和大量的实验表明,该器件具有响应速度快、结构简单、性能稳定、可靠性高等优点。
By using silicone gel (double ingredient), high-voltage isolation and highcapacitance drive optocoupler has been successfully developed in the ceramic package. Isolating high-voltage over 10 kV and driving load capacitance over 3 000 pF can be realized. The operation principle, characteristics ,manufacturing processes and design idea are explained. The test analysis and experiments indicate that it is characterized by such advantages as high response velocity, simple structure, fine stabilization and high reliability.
