介绍了一种用于HgCdTe红外焦平面的致冷器杜瓦组件的设计和试验情况。该组件通过采用锥形结构,包括锥形杜瓦和锥形节流致冷器两部分,提高了降温速度,有效地缩短了组件的轴向尺寸,结构更加紧凑,尤其适用于轴向尺寸受到限制的红外导引头。
The design and experiment of HgCdTe MWIRCMOS integrated detector Dewar cooler assembly (IDDCA) with conical Joule-Thomson cryo-cooler are presented. The IDDCA includes conical metal Dewar and conical Joule-Thomson cryo-cooler, which is characterized by fast cool-down, small volume and high reliability due to the use of conical configuration, and is suitable for the IR guide with limited axial dimension.
