摘要
以可调谐外腔半导体激光器为光源,结合光外差调制技术、浓度调制技术建立了一套高灵敏度半导体激光光谱测量系统,可用来开展对瞬态分子的高分辨光谱研究。还在实验和理论上研究了不同解调相位下信号的线型,给出了较好的解调相位。
The semiconductor laser spectroscopic measurement system with high sensitivity is established by using the tunable extra-cavity diode laser as the source and by combining the optical heterodyne detection technique and concentration modulation technique for detecting the transient molecules. Based on this scheme, the line shapes of spectral signal under different demodulated phases are measured and analyzed. A proper demodulated phase is realized.
