摘要
本文研究了电液比例数控集成缸,阐述了它的结构及工作原理,提出了比例集成缸用数字控制器的软、硬件结构,进而对电液比例数控集成缸用于位置控制、速度控制,压力控制和位置(速度)——压力适应复合控制进行了分析和实验研究,获得了满意的控制特性。
In this paper, a new type of digital controlled me-chanicselectronics-hydraulics integration actuator, Electrohy-draulic Proprotional Digital Controlled Integrated Cylinder (EH-PDCIC), is researched. The structure and principle of EH-PDCIC is described, and the software and hardware structure of its digital controller is put forward. The application of EHPDCIC on position control, velocity control, pressure control and position (velocity) -pressure adaptive combined control is analyzed and experimentally researched, which shows that the control characteristic is satisfied.
