摘要
作者提出FMC单元控制器的生产调度系统由前置处理决策计划和实时动态调度与控制两部分组成。本文介绍了前置处理决策计划系统,该系统主要完成工单输入,数据管理、初始作业分配、任务输出等,并结合GMI—FMC系统,说明了该系统的组成结构和工作流程。
The production schedule system in cell controller for FMC proposed by authors consists of decision-making plan of front-end processing, dynamic real-time dispatching and the controls. This paper introduces the decision planning system of front-end processing, which mainly completes planning sheet input, data management, initial job assignment, task output etc. And it describes constituent structure and operation process by using GMI-FMC system.
