摘要
指出远洋大中型船舶，对造船板有着特殊要求。国内外船板的供货水平对比和分析了，提出实现我国远洋大中型船舶用板的国产化应分步进行，现有钢板厂经过技术改造可以初步解决供求问题，而建设４８００ｍｍ宽厚板轧机才能使我国造船板生产达到国际水平。
The special demands for oceangoing vessel plate was pointed out. The level of plate product in our country was compared with foreign. It put forward that domestic of plate steel for oceangoing vessel should be carried out step by step.First, it should reform the existing plate mills to meet the market.Then, a 4800mm width plate mill should be established in order to achieve international level.
